Cheese lovers heading to Walt Disney World this fall have a new reason to linger at EPCOT. The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will debut an interactive exhibit called "Cheers to Cheese!" — a fun-facts-filled look at the history of one of the world's most beloved dairy foods.
The exhibit will be housed inside CommuniCore Hall, but guests will need to wait a few weeks into the festival to experience it. Because CommuniCore Hall is occupied by GoofyCore for Cool Kids' Summer through September 8, the cheese exhibit won't open until September 18. It runs through November 8.
The broader Food & Wine Festival itself stretches from August 27 to November 21, 2026, so there's a healthy window to catch the exhibit once it opens. After the festival wraps, EPCOT transitions into its Festival of the Holidays — running November 27 through December 30, 2026 — which will again feature the beloved gingerbread Spaceship Earth display inside CommuniCore Hall.
