Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive ICON Park has completed a renovation aimed at business travelers and small-to-midsized meetings, according to a Sept. 29 GlobeNewswire release.
The 246-suite hotel, located next to ICON Park and two miles from the Orange County Convention Center, now has 5,688 square feet of meeting and pre-function space. That includes a ballroom, two meeting rooms, an executive boardroom and outdoor venues, along with new furnishings and audiovisual equipment.
Its redesigned one- and two-bedroom suites include separate living and work areas, dedicated workspaces, high-speed internet and kitchenettes. The hotel also updated its atrium, where a circular bar serves spirits, craft beer, wine and a handcrafted menu.
Guest amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool, complimentary made-to-order hot breakfast, an evening reception with beverages and snacks, The Cascades Lounge for cocktails and American fare, and the 24-hour E’terie grab-and-go market. Room service is also available.
The property sits directly off International Drive and says it provides a free shuttle to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and Epic Universe. Orlando International Airport is about 20 minutes away, according to the release.
