If you've been enjoying relatively breezy days at Walt Disney World lately, that window may have closed. This week saw a notable jump in average wait times across all four parks, reversing a multi-week downward trend. Hollywood Studios' Slinky Dog Dash led the overall surge, clocking in at 69 minutes.

Over at EPCOT, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind posted the longest single wait of any attraction this week at 78 minutes, followed by Test Track at 63 minutes and Frozen Ever After at 52 minutes. Magic Kingdom's biggest waits were TRON Lightcycle / Run at 58 minutes and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at 41 minutes, while Peter Pan's Flight came in at 36 minutes.

Hollywood Studios rounded out its top waits with Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets at 48 minutes, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at 46 minutes, and Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway at 39 minutes. Animal Kingdom was comparatively calmer, with Avatar Flight of Passage topping that park at 43 minutes and Na'vi River Journey at 33 minutes.

For guests hoping to make the most of their visit, planning around these numbers — and considering Disney World tickets and trip planning options — can go a long way toward a smoother day in the parks. Early mornings and late evenings tend to offer the best relief from peak queues.
