A September tracking report cited by Inside the Magic found repeated attraction closures at all four Walt Disney World theme parks, with several high-profile rides logging dozens of interruptions during a 29-day period.
The highest total in the report was at EPCOT’s Test Track, which reportedly recorded 93 closures across 29 days—more than three per day on average. Spaceship Earth had 54 closures over 25 days, while Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ Slinky Dog Dash recorded 55 across 28 days.
Other major attractions listed in the report included Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, with 41 closures across 23 days, and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, with 41 across 25 days. At EPCOT, Frozen Ever After was reported to have 29 closures over 18 days and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure had 27 over 20 days.
At Magic Kingdom, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure recorded 38 closures across 23 days, while Big Thunder Mountain Railroad had 34 over 22 days. Disney’s Animal Kingdom attractions included Kali River Rapids with 40 closures and Expedition Everest with 32. The report also counted three closures for Avatar Flight of Passage and six for Na’vi River Journey.
