Walt Disney World is adding six new dining locations in 2027, spread across two parks and the upcoming Disney's Lakeshore Lodge resort. The additions range from quick-service spots tucked inside brand-new themed lands to a table-service restaurant with floor-to-ceiling nature views — giving guests plenty of reasons to plan around a meal, not just a ride.
At Disney's Hollywood Studios, the new Monstropolis land will open with two movie-inspired options: Harryhausen's, a sit-down restaurant drawing on the eatery from Monsters, Inc. (2001), with a menu that includes sushi alongside non-sushi dishes described as unlike anything else currently at the resort; and Archie's Scare Pig Pizza, a quick-service pizza spot inspired by the six-legged Scare Pig from Monsters University (2013). Over at Disney's Animal Kingdom, the Pueblo Esperanza expansion will bring what Disney describes as one of the largest quick-service restaurants on the entire property, set inside a spacious hacienda — though a name and menu haven't been announced yet.
Disney's Lakeshore Lodge, which opens July 1, 2027, accounts for three of the six new locations. Moonglade will serve as the resort's table-service restaurant, focused on seasonal menus built around locally sourced ingredients and framed by sweeping windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Bay Lake Provisions will function as an all-day quick-service marketplace with an open kitchen and Disney-inspired woodland creature theming. And Paint Out Point Bar & Grill will operate near the resort's zero-entry Lakeshore Lagoon pool, serving shareable bites and specialty drinks for guests spending time in the outdoor recreation area called The Wetlands.
Full menus, prices, and exact opening timelines for the park restaurants haven't been released yet, so there's still a fair amount for Disney to reveal before 2027 arrives. That said, the confirmed lineup already signals that planning a Disney World visit next year will involve some genuinely new dining decisions alongside the new attractions.
