Walt Disney World is gearing up for a serious menu refresh, with more than 38 new food and drink items set to debut across the resort in Fall 2026. The additions span all four theme parks, Disney Springs, and most Value and Moderate Resort food courts — touching everything from breakfast plates to pool bars to table-service lounges.

Morning diners have plenty to look forward to, with a wave of new Mickey-shaped waffles and pancakes hitting hotel food courts. Flavors include Birthday Cake with rainbow sprinkles and custard, Caramel-Banana topped with streusel, Fruit Cereal with vanilla custard, Strawberry with creamy vanilla custard, and Candy Bar loaded with cookie bar pieces, caramel, and chocolate sauce. Each comes paired with bacon and sausage, and each flavor is tied to a specific resort — so the Candy Bar Waffles, for instance, are exclusive to the World Premiere Food Court at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort.

Churro fans (and churro skeptics) will find a lot to explore in the snack lineup. Highlights include Bavarian Cream-filled Churros at Hollywood Studios, a DOLE Whip Pineapple and Churro Sundae at Animal Kingdom's Warung Outpost, Cookie Butter Mini Churros at Hollywood Studios, and the playfully named Churro-misu Cold Brew — a Joffrey's cold brew topped with house-made tiramisu cold foam and served alongside a classic churro — available at Animal Kingdom's Isle of Java.

The frozen drink category is getting a significant upgrade as well. Three new non-alcoholic slushies are headed to multiple locations across the resort: Key Lime Dream (Minute Maid Limeade blended with key lime, topped with sweet cream and graham cracker crumbs), Golden Frozen Flame (lemonade blended with honey, chile, and passion fruit-orange-guava flavors), and Peaches and Cream (peach purée blended with lemon, vanilla, and oat milk, finished with sweet cream cold foam). Several of these will also be offered in alcoholic versions at select spots. Disney has not announced a specific debut date beyond Fall 2026, and the lack of a firm date suggests most items are intended as permanent menu additions rather than limited seasonal offerings.
