Disney World is rolling out more than 40 new food and beverage options across the resort this fall — and most of them aren't tied to Halloween at all. Instead, the additions represent fresh twists on guest favorites and entirely new offerings, spread across theme parks, water parks, resort hotels, and Disney Springs.
Breakfast gets a serious upgrade at several value resorts. Art of Animation, Pop Century, Port Orleans (both French Quarter and Riverside), and the All-Star Resorts are each introducing their own signature pancake and waffle variations — think Birthday Cake Waffles with birthday cake custard and rainbow sprinkles, Mickey-shaped Caramel-Banana Waffles topped with streusel, and Candy Bar Pancakes loaded with cookie bar pieces, caramel, and chocolate sauce, all served with bacon and sausage.
Churro fans have plenty to look forward to as well. New varieties appearing at Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and the water parks include Bavarian Cream-filled Churros with Chocolate Sauce, Cookie Butter Mini Churros with cookie butter cream, a Churro Strawberry Shortcake Sundae at EPCOT's Sunshine Seasons, and a standout called Churro-misu Cold Brew — Joffrey's cold brew topped with house-made tiramisu cold foam and served alongside a churro — at Animal Kingdom's Isle of Java.
A new lineup of frozen slushes rounds out the additions. Four non-alcoholic options — Key Lime Dream, Golden Frozen Flame, Peaches and Cream, and Mango Heat Wave — are landing at spots throughout the parks and resorts, with several available spiked with Teremana Blanco Tequila upon request. An Old Fashioned Freeze made with Woodford Reserve bourbon is also joining the menu at select locations including Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.
