Disney Springs has spent much of the past year absorbing closures and foot-traffic concerns, but three new food and beverage additions are shifting the conversation. All of them are accessible without a theme park ticket, and all three are generating genuine buzz online.
Paddlefish has launched a Dirty Soda Fountain featuring signature combinations like Peaches and Cream, Cherry Vanilla, Coconut, and Orange Vanilla, along with a build-your-own option. The drinks layer flavored syrups, cream, and mix-ins on top of a standard soft drink base — a trend that went viral after appearing on the Hulu series The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and has now found a home on the Disney Springs waterfront.
Goofy's Candy Company is now offering the same type of custom popcorn experience that made the build-your-own bar at Magic Kingdom's Main Street Confectionery a cult favorite — but without the park admission requirement. The Disney Springs version includes an exclusive Orange Bird Popcorn and Peanut Butter Pretzel Popcorn, along with base flavor, drizzle, and mix-in customization.
The most anticipated arrival is Six Ravens, a savory restaurant from the team behind Gideon's Bakehouse, opening next door to that beloved spot. The menu centers on Coffyns — sandwich fillings tucked inside house-made yeast rolls — with seven options priced at $10.99 each, ranging from a classic cheeseburger build to coconut-curry chicken and a grilled cheese with tomato jam. Five taps will pour local Florida craft beverages from The Ravenous Pig, Crooked Can, and Sideward Brewing. Invited guests previewed Six Ravens on July 16, but a public opening date has not yet been confirmed.
