Halloween arrives early at Disney Springs this year. Beginning August 11, more than a dozen restaurants and snack spots across the shopping and dining district will roll out limited-time seasonal menus packed with pumpkin treats, festive desserts, and spooky cocktails — with most offerings running well into October and November.
Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar is going big with a slate of mostly new items, including Candelabra Eggs (deviled eggs with crispy fried chicken and aji amarillo custard), Bone Kebabs with kataifi straws, and three new cocktails — a Skull and Sour built on Jameson and pumpkin spice syrup, a Midnight Relic with Tito's Vodka and ube syrup, and the non-boozy-optional Viper's Nest with butterfly pea extract and green apple pearls.
Sweet tooths will want to make stops at Amorette's Patisserie, where new éclairs in peanut butter and s'mores flavors join a pumpkin-spiced crème brûlée and a black velvet Candle Petit Cake. Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew brings back its Halloween lineup with six decorated yeast donuts, including a vegan Haunted Mansion Donut with ube and an edible clock. Erin McKenna's Bakery joins the fun in October with coffin-shaped cakes, spooky sugar cookies, and a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie sandwich.
On the savory side, Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' adds an orange maple-glazed pork chop and Brunswick stew through November 30, while eet by Maneet Chauhan is serving Franken-Weenies (corn dogs over pork chili with beer cheese), Campfire Poutine with masala fries and tikka sauce, and jerk-spiced Grand Vizier Wings through Halloween. Frontera Cocina rounds things out with a Chocolate Skull dessert and a striking activated-charcoal cocktail called Serenata de Muertos.
