Disney Springs gets a head start on Halloween this year, with seasonal menus launching across multiple restaurants and shops on August 11, 2026. Most offerings run through early November, though a handful of spots — including Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' and City Works Eatery & Pour House — stretch their seasonal menus all the way to November 30.

The anchor of the season is the Halloween overlay at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar, running August 11 through November 9. The bar's interior gets full Halloween décor treatment alongside an all-new food and drink menu. New plates include Candelabra Eggs (deviled eggs with crispy fried chicken and aji amarillo custard), Skull of the Dead Dip (barbacoa beef with cheddar sauce and plantain chips), and Midnight Mayhem Popcorn Chicken tossed in hot honey sauce. On the drinks side, highlights include the Temple of Doom Margarita with Patrón Silver and habanero-lime syrup, the ube-and-coconut Midnight Relic, and the Fright Flight frozen drink sampler.

Beyond Jock Lindsey's, the seasonal treats spread throughout the shopping district. Amorette's Patisserie is offering a black velvet Candle Petit Cake and pumpkin-spiced crème brûlée. The Ganachery has a Vampire Mickey Chocolate Piñata, Haunted Mansion Portrait Bars, and a Pumpkin Spice Malted Chocolate Chiller. Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew is bringing back seasonal flavors including a vegan ube Haunted Mansion donut. Erin McKenna's Bakery joins the fun October 1 with Coffin Cakes and Spooky Sugar Cookies through October 31.

Other participants include Frontera Cocina, eet by Maneet Chauhan, Chicken Guy, Dockside Margaritas, and City Works, each adding at least one or two Halloween-themed items to their regular lineups. Whether you're after a full dinner with spooky flair or just a seasonal dessert between shopping stops, there's no shortage of options across the property this fall.
