Walt Disney World has filed several construction permits for locations at Disney Springs, including the pedestrian bridge that crosses the lagoon between Marketplace and Town Center.
The permits list Disney’s Buena Vista Construction Company for general construction and were filed through the company’s Facility Asset Management team. According to WDWNT, that filing pattern generally indicates maintenance work.
Other locations named in the permits are Paddlefish, Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant, UNIQLO, The LEGO Store, the Happy Hound kiosk and The BOATHOUSE. The filings do not specify the scope or timing of work at each location.
