A new ornament modeled after Disney's Wilderness Lodge is now available at the resort, and it's one of the more architecturally faithful pieces in Walt Disney World's growing collection of hotel keepsakes. Priced at $34.99, the fully sculpted piece reproduces the resort's layered green roofs, timber walls, stone chimneys, and covered porte-cochère on the front face, with balconies and a large central gable representing the rear elevation facing Bay Lake.

The narrow ends of the ornament continue the design with steep overlapping gables, log siding, and stone accents — so there's detail worth examining from every angle. A flat white base lets it stand on a shelf when it's not hanging from a tree, and a dark green satin ribbon with a silver clasp handles display duties when it is. The Disney's Wilderness Lodge logo is printed on the underside of the base.

Mickey and Minnie appear outside the building in coordinating orange caps and khaki-and-orange hiking outfits, a nod to the resort's celebration of the American outdoors aesthetic. The characters add a playful touch without overwhelming the architectural detail that makes the piece distinctive.

Shoppers can find the ornament at Wilderness Lodge Mercantile, the resort's main merchandise location. It joins similar ornaments already available for Disney's Riviera Resort, Disney's Contemporary Resort, and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, among others.
