Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has added a new colorful medallion machine with designs inspired by Moana and Lilo & Stitch. The machine sits beside an existing pressed-penny machine and is finished with a grass-weave-style exterior and brown wood accents that fit the resort’s South Pacific-inspired look.
Collectors can choose from four designs: Moana with Maui, a solo Moana portrait, Stitch and Angel on the beach, and Lilo kissing Stitch on the cheek. The medallions have varying brass, gold and bronze tones, while several designs include the resort’s logo on the reverse.
One medallion costs $10, or guests can purchase the four-design set for $35. The addition is part of a broader rollout of colorful medallion machines around Walt Disney World, including locations at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort.
