Disney Cruise Line's Halloween on the High Seas tradition has a new face — literally. The Disney Destiny has officially introduced its signature pumpkin tree, named Solara, now on display in the ship's Grand Hall ahead of the vessel's first Halloween sailing on September 7, 2026.
Solara follows the design language established by the other Wish-class pumpkin trees: a feminine face framed by vines and jewel accents that light up, branches dotted with dimensional pumpkins, and carved jack-o'-lanterns that glow from within. What sets her apart is her distinctive illumination, cast in Halloween shades of orange, purple, and green from the Destiny's Wakanda-inspired chandelier overhead.
The pumpkin tree tradition is a fleet-wide custom — every Disney Cruise Line ship participating in Halloween on the High Seas features its own uniquely named and designed tree installed in the Grand Hall for the seasonal sailings. Solara is simply the newest member of that growing spooky family.
