Nearly nine out of ten Disney Cruise Line guests are giving the line's crew members an "excellent" rating so far in 2026, according to a statistic shared by a top Disney executive at this week's D23 Expo. The figure comes as the cruise line is in the middle of its largest-ever fleet expansion.
Natacha Rafalski, President of Disney Signature Experiences, revealed the number during a Disney Experiences panel on the D23 Expo floor. She called it "extraordinarily high" and credited crew members with building the trust and loyalty that make guests feel genuinely special while aboard Disney ships.
The satisfaction data arrives at a notable moment for the fleet. Disney Cruise Line now operates eight ships following the recent launches of the Disney Destiny and Disney Adventure, and the company has moved several future ship debuts forward. Disney is on track to have 13 vessels sailing by the end of 2030.
External recognition has followed as well. Travel + Leisure readers ranked Disney Cruise Line the No. 1 large-ship ocean cruise line in the publication's 2026 World's Best Awards — a nod that aligns with what Disney's own internal surveys are showing about the onboard experience.
