Disney fans who love the build-your-own-headband experience at the parks will soon be able to bring that tradition aboard ship. Disney Cruise Line has announced that create-your-own-headband stations are headed to its fleet, complete with a lineup of new nautical-themed plush pieces designed specifically for the experience.
The cruise-exclusive plush options will include the iconic Disney Cruise Line ship funnel, Captain Mickey, Captain Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Daisy, Chip, Dale, and Pluto. Guests will be able to mix and match these characters to build a one-of-a-kind souvenir headband.
Beyond the new cruise-specific plush, guests spotted other familiar favorites — including Rapunzel and Ariel — in preview footage, suggesting previously available headband accessories will also be on offer at sea.
No specific rollout date has been announced, but the reveal has already generated excitement among Disney cruisers eager to add a new hands-on shopping experience to their voyage. WDW News Today first reported the announcement.
