Disney has revealed the complete food and drink menu for Hurly-Burly, the waterfront lounge set to open on the west end of Disney's BoardWalk in late 2026. The venue is themed to a historic seaside theatre and will operate as a family-friendly afternoon hangout before transitioning to a 21-and-up live music space at night — filling the gap left when JellyRolls closed in spring 2025 after nearly 30 years in that same stretch of the BoardWalk.

The small-bites menu leans Italian-American with some playful twists. Guests can expect veal, pork, and beef meatballs in tomato gravy with stracciatella and toasted focaccia, an antipasto board with Burrata and marinated vegetables, roast beef sliders with horseradish-mustard sour cream, and oven-roasted shrimp with a sweet pepper-onion relish. A standout item called Theater Concessions puts meatballs, a sugar cookie, and buttered popcorn on a single plate as a nod to the venue's seaside-theatre theme. Mini apple cider doughnuts served with a miso-caramel sauce round out the sweeter end of things.

The cocktail list runs ten drinks deep and pours from notably premium bottles — Michter's Single Barrel Rye, Plymouth Navy Strength Gin, Woodford Reserve, and Laird's Straight Applejack all make appearances. The drink names lean hard into the theatre concept: Road to Fame, Off-book Bramble, Quality EntertainMint, and Bubble Brava! among them. Six cocktails, plus two non-alcoholic options — a Caramel Corn Cold Brew and a Cherry Marquee lemonade — will be available at a walk-up window, making Hurly-Burly a viable BoardWalk drink stop even for those not committing to a full evening inside.

Non-alcoholic options also include the Overture in Orange, a frozen Minute Maid orange juice drink topped with sweet cream that leans into Florida nostalgia. An exact opening date and pricing have not yet been announced. Also coming to the BoardWalk area: a new Basin store offering custom bath teas, make-your-own soaps, and a soap embossing press, along with a quick-service restaurant that has been teased but not yet detailed.
