Disney Cruise Line will unveil more details about the Disney Believe during a livestream on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern. The ship is expected to debut in late 2027 as the ninth vessel in the Disney Cruise Line fleet.
Disney Parks social media channels will carry the presentation, with the cruise line promising information on the ship’s homeport, itineraries and onboard venues. The announcement is also expected to cover elements such as dining, stage shows, lounges, pools, staterooms, suites and the Grand Hall.
So far, Disney has confirmed that the Disney Believe’s Grand Hall will draw inspiration from Disney Animation’s Moana films. A bronze statue of Moana with Pua and Heihei will serve as a focal point, while the space is planned to include Polynesian-inspired finishes. Tinker Bell will appear in a hand-painted filigree on the ship’s bow, and Woody and Buzz from Toy Story will be its stern characters.
The livestream presentation will take place aboard the Disney Wish. Guests sailing on the Wish’s October 5-9, 2026 itinerary have been told to expect special programming, including a one-night-only Broadway Star Series show featuring Disney Legend Susan Egan and other Broadway performers. Each stateroom on that sailing will also receive a commemorative gift.
