Magic Kingdom's Diamond Horseshoe is stepping back into the spotlight this fall with a limited-time pop-up food and drink experience. The storied Frontierland saloon — known for its western flair and old-world atmosphere — will offer a new menu of small plates and specialty beverages for both walk-in guests and those with reservations.

One of the early menu highlights is a savory charcuterie board loaded with cured beef, smoked pork, "fancy bacon," green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles — designed for sharing and assembled for serious snackers. Disney promises additional small plates are still to be announced.

On the drinks side, guests can look forward to a non-alcoholic fancy lemonade made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry, and hot honey, finished with a chili-lime rim. For those wanting something stronger, a prickly pear margarita — made with LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime, and agave — rounds out the early reveal with its striking pink hue.

Guests who love the Diamond Horseshoe's family-style Thanksgiving offerings needn't worry: those dishes will continue to be available right next door at Liberty Tree Tavern. More menu items, pricing, and reservation details are expected to be announced ahead of the fall launch.

Full details and updates will be shared on the Disney Parks Blog's Disney Eats section, which is also the source for this announcement.
