The restaurant paused table service on May 16, 2026, to make room for Jessie's Roundup, a Toy Story-themed experience that runs through September 8, 2026 as part of Cool Kids' Summer.
When dining resumes, the menu will lean toward shareable small plates. The marquee item previewed so far is a charcuterie board loaded with cured beef, smoked pork, a product described as "fancy bacon," green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles. Disney has indicated more small-plate options will be announced in the weeks ahead.
On the drinks side, two new offerings have been previewed. A non-alcoholic lemonade combines Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with strawberry and hot honey, finished with a chili-lime rim — making it a solid option for families with kids. For guests looking for something stronger, a margarita blends LALO Blanco Tequila with prickly pear, lime, and agave for a bright pink pour that's as photogenic as it is refreshing.
One notable shift: the family-style Thanksgiving dinner that has long been associated with the Diamond Horseshoe is moving next door to Liberty Tree Tavern for the season, so fans of that tradition won't have to go without. Disney hasn't released full reservation details yet, but walk-up dining will remain an option when the restaurant reopens.
