Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort has a new option for travelers looking beyond the parks’ familiar coffee counters. Cafe Rix is serving an iced Biscoff Latte, a 24-ounce specialty drink priced at $10.
The latte starts with three shots of espresso and a guest’s choice of milk, then adds cookie butter syrup. According to Disney Food Blog’s review, the cup is lined with Biscoff spread and finished with cold foam, caramel drizzle and Biscoff cookie crumbles.
The drink is available only iced and leans strongly into warm, spiced cookie-butter flavor. Disney Food Blog noted that its sweetness can overshadow the coffee, while the cookie topping brings a little crunch.
