Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' at Disney Springs is leaning fully into autumn with a new seasonal menu that runs now through November 1. The Southern comfort restaurant, tucked into The Landing neighborhood, shared official photos of six fall offerings on social media, giving guests a detailed look at what's new for the season.
On the savory side, the menu adds Fried Brussels Sprouts tossed in balsamic glaze, drizzled with spicy honey, and finished with crumbled goat cheese. A hearty Brunswick Stew brings together pulled pork, shredded smoked turkey, corn, lima beans, and potatoes, served with multigrain toast points. The star entrée is a 12-ounce bone-in Orange Maple-Glazed Pork Chop, grilled and coated in a caramelized spiced orange-maple glaze, accompanied by roasted rainbow carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, and one of Homecomin's signature cheddar drop biscuits.
For dessert, the warm Pumpkin Bread Pudding arrives topped with vanilla ice cream, house-made whipped cream, and a dusting of pumpkin spice cinnamon. Those looking to sip their fall flavors have two cocktail options: the Burnt Sugar Old-Fashioned, which blends Bubba's Burnt Sugar Whiskey and Michter's Small Batch Bourbon with chocolate and Angostura bitters and a dried orange garnish, or the Pumpkin Cream Coffee Cocktail, featuring pumpkin pie-flavored bourbon mixed with cold brew or hot coffee and crowned with house-made pumpkin cold foam.
Homecomin' has been a Disney Springs staple since opening, known for Chef Art Smith's Florida-rooted take on Southern cooking — think fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and moonshine cocktails. The fall additions layer in seasonal warmth without straying far from that comfort-food identity.
