Jacksonville restaurant and food-truck owners looking to earn Blue Zones Project approval now have a clear path forward: a series of free, hourlong summits running from August through November, organized by Blue Zones Project Jacksonville and Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business.
The sessions are designed to walk participants through the approval process, highlight available incentives, and connect them with local partners focused on long-term business sustainability. August events put a special spotlight on food trucks, while the September and November gatherings open up to all restaurant types.
