Ancient City Con is back for its 18th year, descending on St. Augustine's World Golf Village the weekend of September 25–27, 2026. Billed as Northeast Florida's longest-running multi-fandom pop-culture convention, the event has also earned three consecutive nods as Jacksonville's best cosplay gathering.
This year's celebrity guest lineup pulls from a wide range of beloved franchises, including Starship Troopers, Saw, Dodgeball, Wednesday, The Walking Dead, Star Trek, Star Wars, Rocky Horror Picture Show, and Scooby-Doo, among many others.
A single ticket opens the door to quite a bit beyond the celebrity meet-and-greets. Attendees can browse a vendor hall with more than 100 vendors and artists, hang out in a nerd café featuring DJs and live music, watch gymnasts, aerialists, and dancers perform, and dive into video games and tabletop gaming. On Friday and Saturday nights, late-night after parties run past midnight.
