Alien Swirling Saucers at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has received a music-focused update tied to Toy Story 5, with Lilypad taking over as the attraction’s new DJ.
Disney previously announced that Lilypad would bring two original songs to the Toy Story Land attraction, along with remixes of familiar Toy Story music. According to WDW News Today, most of the ride’s prior song lineup has been replaced, while “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” and “We Belong Together” remain in new remixed versions.
The new playlist includes “Pizza Planet Promo,” “Spin It Back, Lilypad,” “I Can’t Let You Throw Yourself Away,” “Hay Un Amigo En Mi,” “Partysaurus Rex Anthem,” “Woody’s Roundup” and “Buzz Beats!” It also includes an instrumental version of Taylor Swift’s “I Knew It, I Knew You.”
Guests walking through Toy Story Land can hear selections from the updated setlist even without riding. A large Lilypad figure sits in a flowerbed outside Alien Swirling Saucers, and a new friendship-bracelet-inspired “Lilypad’s Jams” banner has been added at the queue entrance.
