Walt Disney World has announced that the 2027 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will run from March 10 through May 31, 2027 — a slightly condensed window compared to recent years. The later start is a direct consequence of the 2027 EPCOT Festival of the Arts being extended by one week, which pushes back the changeover time needed to swap out decorations, food booths, and floral installations before Flower & Garden can kick off.
The festival will bring its signature spectacle of more than 200,000 bedding plants added throughout EPCOT, including 60,000 that form the iconic floral designs around the World Celebration East and West Lakes. More than 60 topiaries featuring Disney characters and other figures will fill the park, the result of a year-long process involving Disney artists, Walt Disney Imagineering, and horticulture specialists. A new main entrance topiary display is expected, though no specific film or character theme has been announced yet for 2027.
The fan-favorite Outdoor Kitchens — roughly two dozen food booths offering specialty bites and drinks — are confirmed to return, with new dishes and returning menu items to be revealed closer to the event. The Garden Rocks Concert Series at America Gardens Theatre will also be back, with admission included in regular EPCOT park admission; a full performer lineup and dining package reservation details are expected to be released in early 2027, based on timelines from previous years.
CommuniCore Hall is anticipated to play a role in the festival once again, following its use in 2026 as a gallery spotlighting Disney's horticulture team. As in past years, that space is expected to transition to a summer-themed activation in mid-to-late May before Flower & Garden wraps up. Disney has not yet released full menus or the complete Garden Rocks concert lineup for 2027.
